The Shams Group (TSG) is seeking a qualified Product Manager who can manage all aspects of its software product implementation and coordinate the various implementation projects.
Candidate must have a sound knowledge of healthcare clinical workflow, system and applications and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the health care industry and/or hospital. Background and experience in one of the following HIM, Nursing, IT, and Ancillary hospital setting is required.
Qualified candidate must possess proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills. Additional skill set requirements: Project implementation & management, support & training experience related to field is required.
The product specialist will liaise with developers on software enhancements, perform quality assurance, client training & write product documentation. This position has some travel involved.
