The Shams Group (TSG) is seeking a qualified Product Manager who can manage all aspects of its software product implementation and coordinate the various implementation projects for the above mentioned products.
Candidate must have a sound knowledge of healthcare workflow, system and applications and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the health care industry and/or hospital. Background and experience in HIM, Clinical, Financial, IT, and Ancillary hospital setting is a plus.
Qualified candidate must possess proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent oral, written, communication, and presentation skills. Additional skill set requirements: Project implementation & management and support & training experience related to field is required.
The product specialist will liaise with developers on software enhancements, perform quality assurance, client training & write product documentation. This position has some travel involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Generating and qualifying leads through cold and personal calling
- Attending trade shows and conferences
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads
- Arranging sales presentations and product demos
- Working with hospital buyers for specific hospital needs
- Working with Sales support team to generate proposals and RFPs
- Closing sales and meeting sales goals
- Ensuring frequent and timely reporting and communication
REQUIREMENTS - Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Outstanding experience and skills in any of the following areas:
- Telemarketing, sales, sales support, and customer service
- Public speaking or training role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior Knowledge of accessing and using the Internet and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to understand customer’s attitudes, situations and priorities
- Healthcare industry background is a must
